The Planning stage begins with an assignment by the customer. It defines more accurately the location of the property, the building's purpose, its floors, functional premises and all the details which are important for the client. The Architectural planning has two stages: preliminary design and work design. In the course of the preliminary design the arrangement and the building's facades are decided upon and it is concluded with their computer execution. Based on the prepared preliminary design the client receives a value calculation which subsequently is also put in the execution contract.The work design execution is based on the preliminary design. The full set of projects includes: Geological report, Architectural part, Constructions, Electric and VIK part, Vertical planning, Heating technology calculations and Heating and Ventilation installation project.
