Before the assembly of the prefabricated house starts is necessary the foundation of the house to be constructed. The foundation could be implemented by the customer or by subcontractor of “EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria”. The building of the construction value depends totally of the quadrature and specificity of the area. An exact price can be offered only when the formal plans (architecture, constructions, plumbing (water supply), electrical) have been submitted. It is possible the new house/cottage to be constructed as second floor of already existing building.
