ROOF CONSTRUCTION OF THE PREFABRICATED HOUSES
|
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PREFABRICATED HOUSES:
In single-sloped and double-sloped roofs the construction is made with a metal frame. When building a four-sloped roof, a mansard or a roof with a more complex configuration, the use of purlins and grills is employed. The preliminary billeting of the roof construction allows the quick assembly and roofing of the house without unnecessary operations. The slope of the roof itself is determined by the roofing, height and building of the house and the expected rainfall throughout the year. The wind and snow load is also relevant.

ROOFING OF THE PREFABRICATED HOUSES:
In roofing things are a bit different. Two principal questions need to be answered - water collecting and purpose of the space under the roofing. The choice of roofing is made after the orientation slope of the roof's plane is known. If the space below it is going to be used, it will be very steep. This fact necessitates the selection of roofing which can be fixed with glues and/or fastening construction elements. If the slope is low, additional hydro-insulation should be applied. If heat-insulation is provided, steam-insulation should also be provided. We can offer you ceramic or cement tiles (of various shape and color), bitumen tiles (of various shape and color), coatings of galvanized sheet iron, covered with several layers of anticorrosive and sound-deafening coats.

DRAINAGE OF THE PREFABRIATED HOUSES:
We offer pipes and gutters made of sheet iron , PVC, aluminium and copper. The iron pipes are attached with tin and a heavy-duty soldering-iron. PVC and aluminium pipes are fixed with fastening joints of the same material. The brackets, holding the pipes and gutters to the building, are similar. With copper pipes there is an option that they can be drawn out with a special machine to be seamless on the spot. The cost is minimal and there are no joints used.
