The variant “prefabricated house with galvanized steel construction” offers a novelty for the Bulgarian construction market – establishment of such buildings with steel beams. In substance this scheme represents the formation of galvanized steel chassis (framework) of the building with built passing trough the props sustained beams and/or galvanized columns by the same material. Thus created galvanized steel construction is extremely strong and stable. The chassis (framework) gives opportunity to be coated outside and inside with different planes, which are formed in advance as entire walls of separate panels. The filling of the panel spaces with thermo and steam-insulation achieves minimal energy looses.
