1) 50 /fifty/ years of guarantee for the metal construction of the house;
2) 12 /twelve/ months of guarantee for the inner and outer wooden elements of the house;
3) 12-60 months of guarantee for the front facing of the house;
4) 24 /twenty four/ months of guarantee for all PVC and/or aluminium parts of the house;
5) 6 (six) years of guarantee for the electrical and water-supply installations;
During the guarantee period "EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria" Ltd undertakes to eliminate at its expenses any arisen out of the process of normal exploitation defect. The guarantee responsibility for the company arises after the acceptance of claims by a representative of “EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria”. Each one claim by the customer should to be made in writing 3 /three/ days after the appearance of the defect. The customer is under an obligation to submit/provide with its warranty card the contract for production of prefabricated house and signed by both of the parties delivery and acceptance protocol.
The guarantee responsibility of the company involves defects that arisen during the guarantee period and are effect from human mistake in the process of production / assembling of the house. The guarantee responsibility for “EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria” will be declined in case of customer or third person try to eliminate the arisen defect/defects.
"EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria" won't accept defects arisen as a result of event of negligence by the customer and/or other inhabitants of the house; or because of a lack of a good care by the customer or by other inhabitants of the house.
