Panels of exterior and interior walls - Panels are manufactured through the following procedure: polyuretan foam is injected into a specially designed galvanized iron sheet thick 40 millimeters and with density of 40 kilos per sq. m. OR in yet another way - by putting a mineral batting thick 80 millimeters. This second method (using the batting) ensures a double time better thermo-insulation and noise-insulation, this panel is also fireproof. The outer layer of the galvanized iron sheet is handled on both sides by a powder-wash method (with thickness of the wash - 0,55 millimeters). The thickness of the panel made through polyuretan foam is 40 millimeters and the thickness of the panel when a batting is used - 90 millimeters , exterior and interior wall facing. The interior facing could be decorated by wall panels with MDF root.
